2. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a member of Universal Shia Ismaili Khoja Matrimony or use this Website, you must be of legal marriageable age according to the laws of your country of residence (18 years for females and 21 years for males in India). The platform is intended solely for personal matchmaking for legal marriage and not for casual dating, commercial activities, or fraudulent intentions.

4. Profile Information & Verification

All profiles submitted are subject to review. We reserve the right to verify member profile details, images, and contact information. Providing misleading, deceptive, or false information (including fake age, height, marital status, or income) will result in immediate profile suspension or termination without notice.

5. Membership Plans & Payment Methods

Universal Shia Ismaili Khoja Matrimony offers configurable One-Time Membership Plans. Depending on the current configuration set by the administrator, registration may be Free or require a Paid One-Time Membership fee.

• Stripe Card Payments: Payments processed securely via Stripe Gateway activate your membership account upon successful card authorization.
• Local / QR Payments: Users opting for Local QR payment must scan the official QR code, pay the exact membership fee, enter a valid Transaction ID, and upload a clear screenshot of the transaction.
• Admin Verification: Local QR payments require manual review and verification by administrators. Account activation occurs after admin approval.

6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Soliciting money, financial loans, or gifts from other members.
• Posting abusive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive language or content.
• Uploading copyrighted images or photos of third parties without consent.
• Using automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to harvest member data.
• Harassing, threatening, or stalking any user or administrator.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Universal Shia Ismaili Khoja Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without refund if a user violates these terms, submits fraudulent payment information, or behaves inappropriately towards other members.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to verify member profiles, Universal Shia Ismaili Khoja Matrimony does not guarantee the complete accuracy of user-submitted information. Members are strongly advised to conduct independent background checks and exercise caution before entering into personal or financial commitments.
