1. One-Time Membership Payment

Universal Shia Ismaili Khoja Matrimony operates on a One-Time Membership model. Once a paid membership plan is successfully approved or activated on your account, the payment is generally strictly non-refundable.

2. Pre-Payment Verification

Users are strongly advised to review membership features, gender plan pricing, and terms of service before submitting any payment via Stripe or Local QR Payment.

3. Local QR Payment Submission Guidelines

• Local QR payments are subject to manual administrator verification.
• Submitting a payment request does NOT guarantee automatic account approval.
• You must upload a genuine, clear screenshot showing the completed transaction along with the exact Transaction ID / UTR number.
• If a payment request is rejected due to invalid transaction data, the user may re-submit a valid payment request. Fraudulent submissions will lead to account termination.

4. Case-by-Case Billing Exceptions

In rare circumstances involving technical glitches (such as accidental duplicate charges for the same registration), users may contact administrator support within 7 days of transaction. Reviews will be conducted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this No Refund Policy affects any mandatory statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable local laws.
